Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about the job profile, organizational culture, and specific search requirements. Likewise, they must maintain the confidentiality of the presented candidates' data and refrain from contacting them directly without Newurecruitment's intermediation during the term of the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Newurecruitment is not responsible for hiring decisions based solely on the information provided during the selection process. The final verification of background, references, and academic credentials is the client's responsibility. Our liability is limited to the correct execution of the search and evaluation process in accordance with professional industry standards.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information exchanged between the parties, including candidate profiles, search strategies, and corporate data, will be treated with strict confidentiality. Newurecruitment complies with Argentine personal data protection legislation (Law 25.326) and will not share information with third parties without the client's express authorization.

Intellectual Property

The reports, methodologies, evaluation tools, and any material developed by Newurecruitment in the context of providing the service are our intellectual property. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for purposes other than those agreed upon without prior written authorization.

Modifications and Validity

Newurecruitment reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the website. Continued use of the services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms will remain in effect until replaced by an updated version.
